Origin: The meat is cut from the last 6 back bones.

Preparation: Brown the meat and place it in the oven until the meat's temperature reaches 58-62 degrees.

An extra effort is made in all processes in the handling of the meat to ensure the best possible quality and animal welfare.

You will receive about 0,8 kilo of meat.

The meat will be handed out frozen and must therefore be defrosted before cooking.

Defrosting: It is best for the meat to be defrosted slowly in the refrigerator in order to maintain the quality of the meat and since it is most hygienic.
Frozen food should always be defrosted in the refrigerator.

Storage: In the freezer (-18°C or colder). Cannot be freezed again once defrosted.
