The pork roast will be handed out frozen and must therefore be defrosted before cooking.
Defrosting: It is best for the meat to be defrosted slowly in the refrigerator in order to maintain the quality of the meat and since it is most hygienic.
Storage: In the freezer (-18°C or colder). Cannot be frozen down again once defrosted."
